Get Benchmark Datasets from University of Washington Motif Discovery Assessment!!!
From the Real Bench-mark Data sets given,we selected 5 files containing human sequences, namely
- hm01r
- hm02r
- hm12r
- hm17r
- hm22r
The above data sequences where given as an input to the Motif Discovery Programs.
Output from all the 3 Motif Discovery programs where compared with the known data sets .
Calculations after comparison with the known and predicted sites is shown in the following table.
